Your calendar needs to be absolutely flexible! Running a charter operation means managing a calendar that changes by the hour – weather cancels a trip, a walk-up shows up at the dock, a sold-out weekend needs a waitlist, and a single boat needs to offer five different trip types without double-booking any of them. The scheduling engine handles all of it from a single calendar and dashboard.

Pre-boarding reminders are sent out automatically at 24 hours and 2 hours before departure - dock location, parking, check-in time, what to bring - so 65 passengers aren't all calling the office the morning of the trip.
