We have heard this from so many boat captains. And after dozens of these conversations, we asked:
“If we built an online booking solution that replaces that phone call, and lets people tell you when they want to go, where they want to go, and what they want to do, all from the booking calendar, then reserve and pay online … would that make business better for you?”
They said yes, so we decided to build it.
Custom Charters is now available
The super simple explanation of how this works:
- You use GoFish Solutions to create a booking calendar that embeds on your website.
- You make your boat(s) available to be chartered on any day you want to run and accept bookings.
- Guests browse your booking calendar, choose a day that’s available to charter, THEN choose the exact trip they want to go on from a list of all the trips you offer.
- The system creates a Custom Charter for the day and the trip they chose.
- The guest pays their deposit online (you choose the exact deposit amount, and of course the price of their trip choice) and the part that it goes to their account
- You get paid and get notified that a new guest chartered your boat.
Our system handles the rest.
What’s the deal with pricing?
Get your guest’s waivers all online (optional, unlimited, included for free)
If you want, you can also use our system to get your guests to sign release of liability waivers, covid waivers, and your terms and conditions.
The system has a true contact-free way to get your waiver documents signed online by your guests before the trip – reducing exposure to landing staff and eliminating unnecessary contact.
Everything is handled through the system, which sends waiver docs, verifies they’re received, then stores printable copies online forever.
When your guests arrive for the trip, you know who’s arriving, you know they’re paid up, you know they’re waived, and everything is good to go.
Messaging systems (optional, unlimited, included for free)
You can send text messages and emails to your guests from the system. This can be used for all kinds of things including:
- Notifying guests the trip is a go!
- Notifying guests the trip is canceled due to weather or any reason.
- Verifying guests received and read your messages
- Dozens and dozens of other scenarios
Our fishing report software lets you report your daily catches or sightings, and display them in detail on your website.
